When you book the Event Planning services at Uncommon, you receive a comprehensive package designed to cater to your unique vision. This includes: -Dedicated Planner: You’ll have a dedicated planner who focuses entirely on your event, ensuring a personalised and attentive experience. -Consultation and Planning: We work closely with you to dive deep into your desires and create a brand around your goals, managing all aspects of the planning process. -Creative Direction: Our team works closely to elevate the aesthetics of your event to align with your style, ensuring every detail reflects your individuality. -Budget Management: We provide transparent budgeting tools, including a live Excel sheet to help track expenses and desired elements throughout the planning process. -Coordination of Services: We handle all logistical details, from vendor coordination to timeline management, ensuring everything is in place. -Day-of Coordination: Our team will ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your event, coordinating all activities and vendors to create a seamless experience.

Our event planning packages offer a full suite of services, including event design, planning, and coordination. We make sure every detail matches your vision and goes beyond your expectations. Note that online consultations exclude coordination services. Travel expenses are estimated about a month before the event for precise budgeting.

We offer a range of extra services to enhance your event experience: - Custom Venue Research: Tailored research to find venues that match your vision. - Ceremony Planning and Coordination: Services for ceremonies held at different locations from the reception. - Travel Services: Support for accommodations, flights, and local experiences. - 3D Visualization: Advanced renderings to visualize your event concepts. - Pre-Wedding Celebrations: Planning for bachelor/bachelorette parties, engagement celebrations, and intimate gatherings. - Image Consulting: Personalized advice on fashion, grooming, and presentation.

To secure your event date, simply review and sign the agreement we send after you accept our planning and coordination offer. A deposit of 30-50% is needed to officially book your date and kickstart the planning process, ensuring we can begin crafting your envisioned experience.

After initiating the planning process with consultation and analysis, we create a live Excel sheet outlining the key elements needed to shape your event. The sheet is always accessible for edits and updates in real time, allowing you to collaborate effortlessly with your planner. Featuring color coding, it helps you easily track progress, manage your budget, and identify specific elements. This dynamic tool provides a transparent and organised overview, ensuring a smooth planning process from start to finish.

Yes, you can change the services up to one month before your event using our live Excel sheet. For installations or custom elements, prior confirmation is needed to ensure smooth execution. Small adjustments can be made up to two weeks before the event, but we recommend avoiding last-minute changes to prevent unexpected add-ons or charges. Planning ahead ensures a seamless experience with minimal disruptions. For example, custom ceremony backdrops need confirmation three months in advance, floral arrangements two months prior, and seating details up to two weeks before. For weddings, we suggest a stress-free month leading up to the big day to focus on personal preparations and enjoy time together. We're here to help plan any pre-wedding events to make every celebration memorable.

Yes! You’ll have a dedicated planner who will guide you through every step of the process, ensuring that your needs and desires are fully met. Your planner is not just there for formal meetings; they’re there to chat whenever you feel like it, making the experience personal and tailored to your comfort. You can easily contact them via WhatsApp or Messenger, and they’ll be available beyond regular office hours, from Monday to Thursday, and sometimes on Fridays. While weekends are generally occupied, it doesn’t stop you from reaching out !

You can be as involved in the planning process as you'd like. At Uncommon, we tailor the experience to your preferences. Whether you want to oversee every detail or prefer to let your planner take the lead, your involvement is completely up to you. We offer regular updates, real-time communication via WhatsApp or Messenger, and a live Excel sheet for you to track progress. Your planner is available to chat, answer questions, or discuss ideas whenever you feel the need, making the process as collaborative or hands-off as you prefer.

Payments for both services and event service expenses can be made in several transactions for your convenience. However, if you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, you can receive a 5% discount (valid only for event planning services). If you book your event a year in advance, the initial deposit is 30%, followed by a payment of 50%, with the final 20% due closer to the event. For bookings made less than six months in advance, the deposit will be 50%, followed by payments of 30% and then 20% for the final amount. For transparency, all payments should be completed one month prior to the event date to ensure a smooth planning process.

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is outlined in the service agreement you’ll receive upon booking. Please review it carefully, and feel free to ask any questions.
