Event Services

Event | Offer


  1. Travel expenses & VAT are not included in your Event offer and will be calculated at your last payment
  2. Items or services marked with an asterisk (*) are to be rented (e.g photo-booth)
  3. Your offer is valid for 10 days & can be customised according to your budget
  4. The offer given is not a confirmation of your date/s. It becomes valid with the deposit




Event | Deposit


  1. 30% of the amount written in the offer is asked in advance as a deposit
  2. In case of one or two service/s only (e.g Dj service) you might be asked to pay 50% in advance
  3. By providing the deposit you automatically agree to our terms & conditions as written in your offer
  4. Your deposit is also the confirmation of your chosen date/s
  5. The whole deposit can be refunded within one week of payment in case of unexpected cancelation
  6. In any other case, the deposit is not refunded​




Event | Rescheduling


  1. Once you proceed with your deposit you may reschedule within a week
  2. Please bare in mind that rescheduling events in short term is not possible (e.g 40 days)
  3. Your new date/s must first be checked and confirmed by us
  4. If you reschedule without our written confirmation, your event is not valid for us and cannot be refunded
  5. If you change your date and we are unavailable to provide services, we get released from all obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. Thus an invoice with all equipment and services will be charged according to the design stage (another 30-60%)
  6. You also forfeit all costs for non-compliance with this agreement (5).
  7. Events cannot be rescheduled a month prior to the event. In this case, the whole payment will be charged unless other circumstances occur (force majeure)




Event | Payments


  1. We do not accept payment checks or Western Union transfers
  2. Payments can be made by cash only if under 500 euros or via bank transfer
  3. Do not forget to double-check that any transfer related charges are paid on your end (bank expenses or other fees), or else they will be added to your last payment
  4. Payments are being held in a minimum of three and a maximum of six payments including advance payment
  5. Full payment must be made at least two days prior to your event
  6. In your last payment, VAT and travel, delivery, or bank expenses will be calculated
  7. We are entitled to terminate our services when payments are not made within due date or according to contractual terms, or for any material breach of this contract, against all summons. In this case, you are bound to pay the agreed fees, plus the above mentioned overdue notice fees, minus the expenses saved by the premature termination, within 5 working days.




Event | Canceling


  1. Once you proceed with your deposit, you may cancel your event within a week and get a full refund
  2. If you decide to cancel after that , you do not get a refund, as deposits (30%) are delivered to our vendors within the first week
  3. If you decide to cancel your event in later time (week 2 to 40 days prior), an invoice with all equipment and services will be charged according to the design stage (another 30-60%)
  4. Events cannot be cancelled 40 days prior to the event. In this case, the whole payment will be charged unless other circumstances occur (force majeure)




Event | Force Majeure


  1. The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitation, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national emergencies, insurrections, riots, wars, strikes, lock-outs, work stoppages, or other labour disputes, or supplier failures.
  2. In case of force majeure, your event will be rescheduled
  3. Your new date/s must first be checked and confirmed by us
  4. If you reschedule without our written confirmation, your event is not valid for us and cannot be refunded
  5. If you change your date and we are unavailable to provide services, we get released from all obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. Thus an invoice with all equipment and services will be charged according to the design stage (another 30-60%)
  6. You also forfeit all costs for non-compliance with this agreement (5).
  7. Your new event cannot be rescheduled a month prior to the new date/s. In this case, the whole payment will be charged.
  8. When forced to change the date of the your event and we are available to provide services, every effort will be made to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and the wedding coordination support to the new date.
  9. You also agree that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are your responsibility. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original agreement.
  10. You further understand that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that we are not responsible for these compromises in quality (e.g moving event's theme to another season)
  11. In case you wish us to re-design your event, it is possible with additional costs of which we can provide on an additional offer




Event | Data & Other Information


  1. The agreement, its amendments, and referenced attachments constitute the full and complete agreement between the parties, and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, including any and all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties. The parties acknowledge that they have relied solely on the covenants and representations set forth in the agreement and no others.
  2. The specific terms and conditions cannot be modified
  3. All data derived from this contractual relationship is stored on a confidential basis




Event | Liability


  1. We are bound to provide the agreed services according to the principles of ''obligation for executive care'', considering the best interest of yours.
  2. We agree to exercise reasonable care and skills in providing all services agreed under the terms of this agreement.
  3. We provide quality events by choosing the most responsible & stylish vendors
  4. In case you wish to withdraw from one or more of our vendor services, the design and communication with them will be charged accordingly
  5. We cannot take any responsibility for the outcome of your chosen vendor
  6. As we are responsible for providing tailor-made events, we make a visit to your venue (when possible) to measure ourselves every little detail or we else ask a printed plan of it
  7. If asked, we may provide 3D animation of your venue/church on an additional price
  8. In the rare case in which the assigned planner is unable to perform due to the illness or hospitalisation, we will assign a substitute planner




Event | Communication


  1. You are considered one unit in the communication process (even if a couple or a group) , meaning it is assumed that any request or information provided by one of them is internally agreed upon by all. We are not liable for any inconveniences that arise from actions that have not been previously discussed and/or agreed upon you
  2. Nothing in the agreement between us shall be construed to create an employee-employer relationship and this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals, where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected
  3. We seek to communicate with you via Messenger in order to share pictures and respond to tasks easily
  4. We work online from 9am to 9pm in order for you to feel safe and chat us when you feel so
  5. Please, do consider that we may sometimes be late in replying as we work on multiple projects at the same time
  6. Each new or special project requires a minimum of 5 days lead-time. Please, provide sufficient notice and allow for reasonable timeframes for project completions. Rush projects of 24 hours or less, as well as new requests made within the last three weeks before the wedding due date, and projects requiring weekend or holiday work may be subject to a 25% surcharge and/or other rush fees. We reserve the right to refuse any project or service request.
  7. Phone calls must be made on a scheduled day and time at least once every month in order to sum up tasks





General


Studio Services

Studio Services | Payments

  4. Payments for long-terrm lease are being payed-off everytime before the event.
  5. Full payment must be made every time before the event.

  7. We are entitled to terminate our services when payments are not made within due date or according to contractual terms, or for any material breach of this contract, against all summons. In this case, you are bound to pay the agreed fees, plus the above mentioned overdue notice fees, minus the expenses saved by the premature termination, within 5 working days.




Studio Services | Canceling


  1. Once you proceed with your deposit (valid for long-term bookings), you may cancel within a week and get a full refund.
  2. If you decide to cancel our collaboration after that , your deposit is not refundable (valid for long-term bookings) unless other circumstances occur (force majeure)
  3. For single-bookings only, you may cancel 24hours in advance and get a full refund
  4. If you insist to cancel later than the 24hour notice, the whole payment will be charged unless other circumstances occur (force majeure)
  5. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be responded to promptly by management. If equipment, furniture, or studio is ordered and delivered, but not used, no refund will be approved.

Studio Services | Checking in & out


  1. The lease shall start and end as set forth in this Agreement
  2. Set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours set forth in this Agreement.
  3. An hourly charge of 50€ per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms




Studio Services | Communication


  1. The Renter is considered one unit in the communication process, meaning it is assumed that any request or information provided by one of them is internally agreed upon by all. We are not liable for any inconveniences that arise from actions that have not been previously discussed and/or agreed upon you
  2. Nothing in the agreement between us shall be construed to create an employee-employer relationship and this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of equals, where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected

Studio Services | Deposit


  1. When given an economic offer for long-term bookings, a 30% of the amount written in the offer is asked in advance as a deposit
  2. In case of short-term bookings, you may be asked to pay 50% in advance as a deposit
  3. By providing the deposit you automatically agree to our terms & conditions as written in your offer
  4. Your deposit is also the confirmation of your chosen date/s
  5. The whole deposit can be refunded within one week of payment in case of unexpected cancelation
  6. In any other case, the deposit is not refunded​




Studio Services | Scheduling & Re-scheduling


  1. For long-term bookings, your dates must be scheduled at least 30days prior.
  2. Please bare in mind that rescheduling events in short term is not possible (e.g 20 days for long-term bookings & 24 hours for independent bookings)
  3. Your new date/s must first be checked and confirmed by us with a written confirmation
  4. Bookings of any kind cannot be rescheduled later than 24hours prior to the event. In this case, the whole payment will be charged unless other circumstances occur (force majeure)




Studio Services | Terms & Conditions


  1. Renter agrees to get a signed Liability Release from all persons that will be on the premises prior to use of the Studio. The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises (Third Party Liability Insurance is available upon request)
  2. Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times
  3. Be present at all times during the rental and keep the event or session contained within the studio
  4. The studio is being recorded for security & safety reasons
  5. Renter agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs of equipment, furniture, or anything else he or his employees, contractors, clients or visitors damages within 3 business days. An extra charge of 150€ per day will be applied for each day that the Renter exceeds the replacement payement limit as well as any evaded profits of and monetary charges that the Studio will be required to pay to third parties for this reason.Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found.
  6. The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental items to Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement of details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable
  7. The studio may be used for legal activities only. There is absolutely no smoking or alcohol use. Smoking is allowed outside the building. Renter is responsible for clean up of smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarettes, etc.) before leaving
  8. Fire starting inside or outside the studio is prohibited
  9. Be aware that throwing anything in the toilet (paper, tissues, trash etc.) will cause immediate blockage
  10. Do not leave the entrance door open, at any time, to avoid ''unexpected'' guests such as neighborhood’s cats, mosquitos, mice and people who are ''curious'' to see what you are doing
  11. Please respect quiet hours when at the garden (15:00-17:30)
  12. Please leave the studio as you would expect to find it
  13. The lease shall start and end as set forth in this Agreement; set-up and clean-up time must take place during hours set forth in this Agreement
  14. An hourly charge of 50€ per hour will be applied for each additional hour that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in this Agreement
  15. Full payment must be made every time when checking-in. (Do not forget to double-check that any transfer related charges are paid on your end and on-time)
  16. This Agreement is signed up once for all future studio leases with the Renter. The Renter has the right to end this agreement after the termination of his last lease




Studio Services | Liability


Renter agrees to get a signed Liability Release from all persons that will be on the premises prior to use of the Studio. The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients, or any and all Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.

Use of the studio requires the following in advance:
• Signed Studio Rental Agreement
• Payment in advance
• Signed Liability Waiver and Releases for all persons who will be in attendance at the Studio

  1. The premises are to be used for the purpose of a photography/videography studio, including such activities, as are necessary and usually incidental to such use.
  2. The Studio shall have the right to inspect the equipment, studio, and furniture at any time during the rental term.
  3. If a breach of any of the provisions of the Rental Agreement occurs, the Studio has the right to revoke Renter's access to the equipment and studio without any liability to and without prejudice to the Studio, the right to receive rent due or accrued to and including date of revocation.
  4. Refund requests must be made in writing and will be responded to promptly by management. If equipment, furniture, or studio is ordered and delivered, but not used, no refund will be approved.
